For over a decade now, Rockcliff Rugby Club has been the proud host of the Whitley Bay Beer Festival, a thriving community event that has consistently grown in popularity. With over 1000 enthusiasts attending across the festival's three-day span, the event continues to flourish — with every penny raised going towards supporting rugby development in Whitley Bay.

Our Beer Festival has developed over time, in addition to Cask Ales, we now offer a selection of Ciders, Rums, Gins, Vodkas, Spritz, Proseccos, and more.
We try to showcase as many local brewers as possible.
